SMS Pricing
Our Pricing Plan is Very Straightforward:
- Account Setup Fee – None
- The Campaign Registry Fee and Secondary Opt-in Vetting Fee for 10DLC (local) phone numbers – $19 (one time).
- Setup Fee for Toll-Free Numbers – None.
- Monthly Platform Fee – $6.95 (includes one toll-free number). There is no commitment, and you can cancel at any time.
- SMS Credit Packages with Volume Discounts. Credits do not expire, but there are also no refunds for unused credits if you cancel your account.
- 100 Credits – $6.00
- 200 Credits – $10.00
- 500 Credits – $20.00
- 1,000 Credits – $30.00
- Additional 10DLC or toll-free phone numbers – $5 per month per number, with volume discounts (check with us for discount pricing)
Important Notes:
- We will work with you to get you approved as per the industry’s registration requirements.
- The Campaign Registry and vetting fee is paid directly to the registry.
- A text message up to 160 characters uses up one SMS credit.
- A MMS (multimedia message service) text uses up three SMS credits.
