Unlike other programs where you need to commit to different tier levels in terms of a monthly price to get a higher volume of texts, we have just one monthly fee - $6.95, billed monthly where you can cancel at any time. This fee includes one toll-free phone number, plus the $1.50 monthly campaign fee that we pay to The Campaign Registry (TCR). Additional numbers, including toll-free phone numbers, are billed at $5 per month per number. Along with your monthly platform fee, you would purchase a credit package to cover your messaging campaigns. Credits range from 3 cents to 6 cents each, based on the quantity purchased. Unused credits never expire as long as you continue using our platform.

Yes! To protect the security and privacy of communications between you and your customers, you receive your own dedicated local 10 digit SMS number. Some providers use shared numbers, where other businesses can be using the same phone number to text their customers. All is fine and good unless more than one business messages the same user before that person has a chance to respond. In that case, their response can potentially be sent to some other company.
We provide you with the option to use a standard area code based 10 digit number, or a toll-free number. Depending on your planned message volume, you may want to look at either additional 10DLC numbers or also obtain additional toll-free numbers, which allows for a faster delivery of text messages. There are different types of registration requirements for using standard phone numbers and toll-free numbers for business texting. More on that in a separate question. There are also 5 and 6 digit short codes that larger businesses use for SMS, but these types of numbers come with large monthly fees that can easily exceed $1,500 per month.

Our platform is for US-based businesses only, and messaging pricing is based on only sending SMS text messages to US-based subscribers. If you have a reason for wanting to market to those outside of the US, please contact us for any additional registration and/or compliance requirements.
